Fallout New Vegas

New Vegas cam out around September it basically a survival game. In the beginning you are shot and left for the dead. Ive seen gameplay and I thinking about getting this game. For full completion you need to put 200+ hours into the game. This game is kinda like a choose your own adventure type of thing. Complete certain quest may change the road you take further down which is why it's so hard to complete the game in one run. I like this game most other people will say it's stupid but eh... what can you do?

Goldeneye: 007

Goldeneye 007 is probably my favorite game that I own right now. It is an FPS but it is extremely fun. You have the option to complete the mission covert or run in guns' a blazing. Now some people may think that this is stupid but you have to play the original game first to get the full feel of the remake. Now it may be somewhat difficult coming across the original game as it is for the Nintendo 64, but luckily my friend has it and he brought it over. Playing the remake with the standard Wii controller might be a bit awkward so I advise to play it with a classic controller. You can purchase one separately or buy the version that comes with a gold controller.I would strongly recommend this game to anyone who is a fan of anything James Bond.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cont.

Finally now that Black Ops is finally out I think that the game is awesome. The gameplay is great, the campaign mode is really strong. Zombie mode appears to be working properly. The multiplayer so far has a few bugs here and there, but what can you expect from a new game? You really have to buy this game to get the full feel of it. As i said before I strongly encourage everyone to play this game.

Call of Duty: Black Ops

CoD: Black Ops is one of the most anticipated games of 2010. Ever since its reveal at E3 CoD fans have anticipated the game with great interest ever since. Personally I look forward to the game while other p0eople say it will be bad because of the previous CoD titles. Treyarch has been very busy with this new title. Not much is really known about the campaign or the multiplayer because Treyarch has been taboo about it. However we do know of three new weapons that will be introduced and Zombies is coming back as well. Overall this should be a great game, I hope that others think the same as well.

Call of Duty: Modern Wafare 2

Modern Warfare 2 is the newest installment of the call of duty series. I don't particularly like this game because of the people that play it hackers cheaters and glitchers. These are the people that ruin the game for everyone else. Another reason is that the story line is stretched out too much. Imagine a piece of gum and then you stretch it out. That's how the story line is built it was one probable thing and Infinity Ward stretched it out way too far. I'll just wait until the next Call of duty title comes out which happens to be on the ninth. I look forward towards the new title.

Game Genres

Most people never even think about game genera meanwhile genres are all around you Movies, books, music but meanwhile you never think that a genre could be associated with a video game. There is all types of different genres. First- person shooters and third person shooters. Platformer and role-playing and MMO my favorite genre is FPS usually they are war games for example Call of Duty and Medal of Honor. There are many diffrent genres but mostly everybody has their personal favorite.

Game Compaines

There are hundreds possibly even thousands of game companies because everyone has their ideas and nobody else will. There could be hundreds or thousand of people in just a single company. 'Game Informer" magazine showed an image of the company "Ubisoft" one of their recent titles was Assassins Creed 2 and in this said picture there were over a hundred people in this picture. There was a caption and it said that 119 people worked tirelessly on this game and this can most likely be vouched for because the game was in the top 5 for best game of 2009. Without a company a game never exists.

Game Designing

Designing a game takes months maybe even a year or two. Look at the company Bungie, they made the Halo series, Although Microsoft did make the first halo game. Every three years Bungie would make a new Halo title which is actually a very good set wait time because it allows them to think of a new storyline. It also allows them to think of new game-play and just how the game is in general. Bungie has moved to a different company now, they are going to work for Activsion as they have signed a ten year contract with them. I guess that it would be interesting to become a game designer but it takes a lot to become one.

Video Gaming

Video gaming is more than just an activity it teaches us about how a game was put together, we almost become game designers as a community. The game designer at Treyarch are taking their new title very seriously. They are taking advice on what to do from the video gaming community. Much effort is put into console and PC games alike but some titles may have different creators. My preferences in game genre are war games and Wild West times and a few others here and there but mostly war games. There are three companies battling for the top rank there names are Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo. I really enjoy console gaming and I encourage other to do the same.

PC Gaming

Playing on a PC is a completely different animal as opposed to console gaming. The reason why this is, is because there are hundreds of upgrades you must make to your game and computer frequently as opposed to the console. There are several dedicated servers for the PC games as for console where there is just a handful of servers. The price is also very high as well because you have to go out and buy the desired game then perform more updates and upgrades which cost more money, as opposed to console where you can just go out and buy the game and start playing. I don't like to play PC games as my computer runs extremely slow whenever you try to play games for the PC. Overall I don't really like to play PC games and I believe that console and their games are much better.
